Services organized
One focused service page with filters and deep links
Medical billing, coding and practice supportVR Medical Billing Services needed a website that reflected its real service: personal, precise and practice-focused. Raj audited the legacy WordPress site, designed the responsive UI/UX, built and published a lean custom theme, and strengthened its search, AI-discovery, caching and content foundations.

The cover is presentation artwork generated from the actual before and after captures. The evidence gallery contains unchanged project captures. The legacy view was reconstructed from HTML archived during the 20 August 2026 audit; the redesigned views come from September 2026 production QA. Review counts and asset reductions are documented in the project records. No ranking, lead or revenue result is claimed.
VISIT CLIENT WEBSITE ↗The legacy site used a generic financial-business theme and a page-builder layout that obscured the medical billing offer.
Service information was fragmented, while demo-style content, dated presentation and uneven mobile behavior reduced clarity and trust.
The redesign had to preserve useful business facts and core URLs without turning unverified healthcare, performance or search claims into marketing proof.
Audited the live WordPress site, mapped its content and URLs, and translated the findings into a practical information architecture.
Designed the desktop, tablet and mobile UI/UX around a direct consultation journey, clear service choices, real leadership and sourced customer feedback.
Built and published a custom WordPress theme that organizes 20 services, 15 service FAQs and 43 documented Google reviews without a heavy page builder.
Improved technical SEO and delivery with canonical metadata, structured data, sitemap and robots checks, llms.txt, responsive WebP images, page caching and unused-plugin cleanup.
The published website now presents medical billing, coding and practice support through a focused visual system and responsive buyer journey.
The measured performance release reduced theme CSS by 22% and the main hero asset by 56% while retaining the approved design.
Final production verification found six sitemap pages returning HTTP 200 with one H1, unique metadata, self-canonicals and parseable structured data.
This case documents delivered design, development and technical work. It does not claim a ranking, lead or revenue result that has not been supplied.
